Matts group did the landscaping at our place over 2 years ago... overall the work was ok but they do charge a lot more compared to other quotes we got. Overall, we have a long list of defects that the company refuses to fix under warranty... after two years of chasing them, they still have not sent anyone to fix these defects. We keep getting the same old circular discussion... we will send someone shortly to address these defects and then they never come... then they say, dont worry next spring we will get it done... next spring comes.... they dont show up... I have to chase them and remind them and still no shows.... for the money we spent, this warranty work should have been completed a long time ago. Not impressed!!
